ZIAZI public document
ZIAZI Terms and Conditions
Public rules for using the ZIAZI platform.
1. Who we are
ZIAZI is operated by ZIAZI DIGITAL GROUP S.R.L, IDNO 1026023041407, with its registered office at MD-6801, str. Nucarilor 53, or. Ialoveni, Republic of Moldova.
These terms govern the use of the digital platform ziazi.app, the public pages, and the ZIAZI web application.
ZIAZI is a digital intermediation platform between people who need help with everyday jobs and people who offer such services.
ZIAZI is not the employer, general contractor, representative, or contractual party in the direct arrangement between Client and Worker, except where this is expressly indicated for a separate digital platform service.
2. Reference legal framework
These terms are interpreted in relation to the applicable law of the Republic of Moldova, including, where relevant:
- the Civil Code of the Republic of Moldova;
- Law no. 284/2004 on information society services;
- Law no. 105/2003 on consumer protection;
- Law no. 124/2022 on electronic identification and trust services;
- Law no. 133/2011 on personal data protection, applicable until 23 August 2026;
- Law no. 195/2024 on personal data protection, applicable from 23 August 2026.
The legal references in this document provide general context and do not replace the direct application of the law.
3. Acceptance of the terms and eligibility
By creating an account or using the platform, the user confirms that:
- they have read and accepted these terms;
- they are at least 18 years old;
- they use real and current data;
- they use the platform legally and in good faith.
If the user does not agree with these terms, they must not use ZIAZI.
4. Single account and usage modes
ZIAZI works with one user account.
The same account may be used in:
- Client mode, for publishing and managing requests;
- Worker mode, for the worker profile, offers, and access to eligible jobs.
Switching the mode does not create a new account.
For certain Worker mode functions, the user must have a completed worker profile in the form required by the product.
The user is responsible for keeping their phone, email, and any OTP code used for authentication secure.
5. Role of the platform
Depending on the active surface and role, ZIAZI may allow:
- publication of service requests;
- publication of worker offers;
- sending proposals for requests;
- starting a direct request from an offer;
- choosing a worker;
- communication in the context of an offer, a request, or a job;
- tracking the job status;
- leaving a review after completion, within the limits of the current product.
ZIAZI does not guarantee that:
- every request will receive proposals;
- every worker will receive jobs;
- every user is professionally verified or authorized for all the services they declare;
- every job will be completed successfully.
6. Job flow
The main job flow in ZIAZI is:
publishedacceptedin_progressworker_confirmedclient_confirmedfinalized
A job cannot become finalized without confirmation from both the worker and
the client, according to the active product rules.
For certain flows started from an offer or from proposals, the platform may
also use operational states such as pending, client_selected,
confirmed, rejected, or expired, without replacing the main job flow.
In the case of a direct request started from an offer, the selected worker must confirm the takeover within the timeframe shown in the product. In the current configuration, that timeframe may be up to 24 hours. If the deadline expires, the request may expire or may require a new action from the client.
Job chat is available only after the job has reached the accepted status.
If the worker has confirmed completion of the job (worker_confirmed) and the
client does not immediately confirm receipt, ZIAZI may send reminders or apply
the operational rules visible in the product. These terms do not promise
automatic finalization of the job.
7. Rules for the client
The client is responsible for:
- describing the job correctly and clearly enough;
- choosing the right service and location;
- providing real information about the job context;
- communicating respectfully;
- confirming completion only if the work was actually performed;
- respecting the agreements made directly with the worker.
The client must not publish false, impossible, illegal, or abusive requests.
8. Rules for the worker
The worker is responsible for:
- completing the worker profile with real information;
- publishing offers only for services they can perform;
- confirming only jobs they can actually, legally, and safely carry out;
- communicating respectfully;
- respecting the conditions agreed directly with the client;
- holding the authorizations, licenses, or qualifications required by law for regulated services.
The worker must not present themselves falsely, mislead about experience, or accept jobs for which they are not qualified.
9. Allowed and prohibited services
ZIAZI shows only the services that are active in the platform catalog at the time of use.
Some services may be:
- active and immediately available;
- temporarily inactive;
- subject to internal review;
- allowed only if the user holds the required authorizations.
It is prohibited to use ZIAZI for:
- illegal activities;
- lottery tickets, betting, gambling, casinos, or similar activities;
- the sale of cigarettes, cigars, or other tobacco products;
- the sale of prescription medicines, illegal pharmaceutical preparations, or prohibited substances;
- sexual services;
- matchmaking or escort services;
- the spread of pornographic materials;
- drug trafficking, weapons, or other prohibited goods;
- fraud, scams, or false identities;
- discrimination, threats, or harassment;
- dangerous or regulated work without the legal right to perform it;
- illegal access to property or violation of other people's rights.
ZIAZI may block, hide, or remove content, offers, or requests that raise legal, safety, or reputation risks for the platform.
10. Prices, payments, and paid functions
The prices shown in offers, proposals, or requests may be informative, indicative, or negotiable depending on the product context.
At the date of these terms, payment for the work between Client and Worker is made directly between the parties, outside the platform, unless ZIAZI explicitly shows another mechanism for a separate digital service.
For the direct Client-Worker relationship, ZIAZI does not provide:
- escrow;
- payment guarantee;
- automatic refund;
- automatic financial arbitration;
- payment protection for work performed offline.
If ZIAZI explicitly shows a separate digital function with its own payment screen or fee, the conditions of that payment are communicated separately before confirmation. Such a function does not make ZIAZI a party to the direct agreement about performance of the job between Client and Worker.
In the monetization configuration described in the product today, such digital functions may include, when explicitly shown in the interface, promotion of a worker offer or activation of a separate digital plan, such as ZIAZI Pro Beta.
The fee for such a digital function covers the visibility, access, or digital benefit described before payment and does not represent payment for the offline job between Client and Worker.
Promotion of an offer may mean visual highlighting, priority in the relevant list for the service and region, and rotation among active promoted offers. The exact position may vary over time, including where several workers have promoted offers in the same service or region.
Promotion does not guarantee position 1, a minimum number of views, messages, leads, requests, client selection, jobs, or income.
Activation of a paid digital feature takes place only after payment confirmation in the ZIAZI systems, according to the payment and verification flow applicable at that time.
At the date of this version, the digital packages shown by ZIAZI may include:
- ZIAZI Pro Beta - 30 days: 300 MDL, one-time payment, no auto-renewal;
- Service promotion - 3 days: 39 MDL, one-time payment;
- Service promotion - 7 days: 79 MDL, one-time payment;
- Service promotion - 30 days: 199 MDL, one-time payment.
The final price, duration, and digital benefit are shown in the app before payment. If there are differences between this page and the payment screen, the user must verify the price shown on the payment screen before confirming.
Conditions of service and digital delivery
Paid ZIAZI digital services do not involve physical delivery. After payment is confirmed, the digital benefit is activated in the user's account and shown in the app.
For ZIAZI Pro Beta, the 30-day period starts from the moment the plan is activated in the account. For service promotion, the selected period starts from the moment the promotion is activated for the selected service.
If payment is under review, cancelled, failed, or expired, the digital benefit is not activated until payment is confirmed.
Return and refund policy for digital services
For paid digital functions, the user may request a refund review at support@ziazi.app in situations such as:
- duplicate payment for the same digital benefit;
- payment confirmed, but the digital benefit was not activated due to a ZIAZI technical error;
- incorrect amount charged compared with the price shown on the payment screen;
- another situation where applicable law requires a refund.
Refund is not automatically guaranteed if the digital benefit was activated and used according to the description shown before payment. Each request is reviewed in relation to payment data, digital benefit status, actual use, and applicable law.
Payment for Pro Beta or promotion does not refund and does not cover payment for the offline job between Client and Worker, because ZIAZI does not collect payment for the job and does not take a commission from the job itself.
11. Reviews and reputation
In the current public product configuration, only the client may leave a
review for the worker, and only after the job has reached the finalized
status.
The review must be:
- based on a real experience;
- relevant to the performed job;
- written respectfully.
Reviews must not contain:
- insults or threats;
- false accusations;
- sensitive personal data;
- discriminatory or illegal content.
ZIAZI may moderate, hide, or disable reviews that violate the platform rules.
At the date of these terms, the platform does not provide a separate public two-way review system, public response to review, or free editing of a review after publication.
12. Messages, content, and media
Users may submit text, descriptions, messages, photos, or other materials only within the limits of the functions available in the product.
The user confirms that:
- they have the right to use that content;
- they do not violate other people's rights;
- they do not publish sensitive data about other persons without legal basis;
- they do not use the platform for spam, fraud, or offensive content.
By uploading content permitted by the product, the user grants ZIAZI a non-exclusive and free license to store, display, and use that content for platform operation, support, moderation, and defense of legal rights.
13. Moderation, access limits, and cancellations
ZIAZI may limit functions, suspend accounts, hide content, or intervene operationally when necessary for:
- platform security;
- fraud prevention;
- abuse investigation;
- compliance with the law;
- protection of other users.
Cancellation of a request or a job is possible only in the states and conditions allowed by the product. Relevant status history may be kept for audit, support, and safety.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ZIAZI is not liable for:
- the actual quality of the work;
- the legality or competence of each user for a specific service;
- delays, no-shows, or cancellations between users;
- direct financial arrangements between Client and Worker;
- false data entered by users;
- content published by users;
- indirect or consequential losses;
- temporary unavailability, technical errors, or maintenance.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited by law.
15. Changes to the terms
ZIAZI may update these terms to reflect product, operational, or legal changes.
If the changes are important, users may be informed through the app, email, notifications, or other reasonable available channels.
Continued use of the platform after the new version takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, to the extent permitted by law.
