ZIAZI Allowed Services Policy
How to read the active catalog and what types of services may appear on ZIAZI.
1. Purpose of this page
This policy explains what types of services may be offered or requested through ZIAZI and how we interpret the public service catalog of the platform.
ZIAZI operates in the Republic of Moldova and may display only the services that are compatible with the platform rules, the current product scope, and the applicable law.
2. The basic rule: check the app to see what is active now
On ZIAZI, the practical rule is simple:
- a service is active now only if it appears as available in the public catalog at the moment of use;
- a service may be allowed in principle, but still not be active now;
- some services may remain inactive, limited, or subject to internal review before they are shown publicly.
The fact that a type of service is mentioned in this policy does not by itself mean that it is already publicly available in every town, for every account, or at every moment.
3. Examples of services that fit the ZIAZI direction
ZIAZI is built for everyday tasks and local services. In this direction, the following examples may fit:
- plumbing and light home repairs;
- cleaning for homes or everyday spaces;
- local moving help and transport assistance;
- furniture assembly;
- garden, yard, and outdoor maintenance work;
- regular finishing or light renovation work;
- other similar local services, if they match the platform rules and the active catalog.
The exact list of active services is shown inside the app, not on this page.
4. Services allowed in principle, but not necessarily active
Some services may be considered allowed only in principle or only in certain conditions, for example:
- services that exist in seeds or internal documentation, but are not yet active publicly;
- services that require additional risk review, moderation, or classification clarification;
- services that may be allowed only if the provider holds the licenses, permits, or qualifications required by law;
- services that may be activated gradually, by category, or in controlled operational contexts.
If a service is not visible in the public catalog, the user should not assume that it can automatically be published or requested through ZIAZI.
5. Regulated or sensitive services
For some areas, ZIAZI may apply additional caution or may limit public visibility. This may include, depending on context:
- electrical, gas, or other regulated technical work;
- services that involve increased risk for health, safety, or property;
- activities that require professional permits, approvals, or licenses;
- services related to minors, vulnerable persons, or sensitive contexts;
- services where the public wording may create confusion with medical, legal, financial, or other strictly regulated activities.
The provider remains responsible for holding the legal right to perform the service. ZIAZI may refuse, limit, or deactivate the display of such a service if there is not enough clarity.
6. What is prohibited on ZIAZI
It is prohibited to use ZIAZI for:
- illegal activities or activities that circumvent the law;
- lottery tickets, betting, gambling, casinos, or similar activities;
- the sale of cigarettes, cigars, or other tobacco products;
- the sale of prescription medicines, illegal pharmaceutical preparations, or prohibited substances;
- sexual services or sexually exploitative content;
- matchmaking or escort services;
- the spread of pornographic materials;
- drugs, weapons, explosive materials, or other prohibited goods;
- fraud, false identities, scams, or abusive practices;
- discrimination, threats, harassment, or violence;
- medical, legal, or other regulated professional services when the user does not have the legal right to provide them;
- unauthorized access to computer systems, illegal surveillance, or spying;
- dangerous or structural work without the required authorizations;
- any situation where the service would endanger people, property, or the platform reputation.
7. Moderation and limits
ZIAZI may:
- hide or reject a service, an offer, or a request;
- ask for additional clarifications;
- restrict certain functions;
- suspend or block accounts;
- keep relevant context for audit, support, and safety.
This policy does not promise manual review within a fixed timeframe for every case and does not guarantee approval of a new service.
8. Requesting a new service or clarification
If a user believes that a service should be classified differently or is not sure how it fits the platform rules, they can write to us at support@ziazi.app.
Sending a clarification request does not automatically mean that the service will be approved or activated in the public catalog.
9. Reporting a problematic service
If you notice a service, offer, or request that appears illegal, abusive, or misleading, you can notify us:
- through the support or reporting surfaces available in the product, where they are exposed;
- by email at support@ziazi.app.
ZIAZI may investigate the report internally and may take measures that are proportionate to the identified risk.
10. Updates
We may update this policy when the following change:
- the active platform catalog;
- operational or moderation rules;
- applicable legal requirements;
- the way the product exposes or limits certain service categories.
The version published on ZIAZI is the reference version at the moment of use.
