Why I created ZIAZI
Hello, I am Mihai. I am building ZIAZI on my own, step by step, to address a problem I see in many communities across Moldova.
I want skilled people to find work close to home, while people who need help can more easily find someone from their area.
ZIAZI brings them together. The work is not free: the client and worker agree on the price and payment directly.
What kind of jobs fit on ZIAZI?
ZIAZI is built for everyday work: small repairs, cleaning, moving, assembly, yard work, and other local requests where you want a clear and fast response.
How does a job start?
The client sends a request, workers send proposals, the client chooses, and the selected worker confirms whether they can take the job. Only then can the job begin.
Who chooses the worker?
The client chooses the right worker. Sending a proposal does not automatically give the worker the job.
Can I discuss details before the job starts?
Yes. You can discuss the service and details before confirmation, and the job chat stays separate and opens only after the job is taken.
Can I use the same account as Client and Worker?
Yes. ZIAZI uses one account, and the mode can be switched without creating another login.
How do I get jobs if I am a worker?
Complete your profile, publish your services, view jobs in your area, and send proposals only for jobs you can actually take.
