1. The basic rule

ZIAZI is a platform for real people and real everyday work. That is why the basic rule is simple:

treat other users with respect, honesty, and good faith.

The platform must not be used for abuse, intimidation, fraud, or behavior that puts other people at risk.

2. What we expect from all users

On ZIAZI, every user must:

  • use real data and sufficiently accurate information;
  • communicate clearly and respectfully;
  • respect the law and the platform rules;
  • not hide relevant risks about the service or the job;
  • not use the platform to defraud other people;
  • not apply abusive pressure on other users.

3. Rules for clients

The client must:

  • clearly describe what help is needed;
  • choose the correct service and location;
  • not hide important details about the job;
  • not publish false, impossible, or illegal requests;
  • confirm completion only if the job was actually carried out;
  • communicate respectfully with workers before, during, and after the job.

It is not acceptable for a client to draw a worker into a misleading, dangerous, or substantially different situation from what was initially communicated.

4. Rules for workers

The worker must:

  • complete the profile with real information;
  • publish or accept only services that can be provided legally and in reality;
  • not present themselves falsely or exaggerate their skills;
  • not ask for fake reviews or manipulate reputation;
  • not subcontract without clear agreement where the context requires personal execution;
  • communicate in time when a real problem appears in taking or performing the job.

For regulated services, responsibility for permits and the legal right to perform the work remains with the worker.

5. How these rules apply to product messages

In ZIAZI there may be several communication contexts, depending on the surface being used:

  • discussions about a service offer;
  • discussions about a public request and the submitted application;
  • job chat, after the job reaches the product state that allows it.

Regardless of context, the following are not allowed:

  • insults, threats, or harassment;
  • spam or repetitive messages without legitimate purpose;
  • aggressive pressure to force a response;
  • suspicious links, dangerous files, or fraud attempts;
  • requests for sensitive data without a legitimate reason.

6. Prohibited content

Content is not allowed if it:

  • is illegal, misleading, or dangerous;
  • promotes hate, discrimination, or violence;
  • contains pornography, sexual exploitation, or abuse;
  • publishes other people's personal data without legal basis;
  • uses fake photos, identities, or reviews;
  • attempts to manipulate reputation, score, or trust on the platform.

The same rule applies to service descriptions, requests, messages, photos, and any other content uploaded into the product.

7. Strictly prohibited behavior

The following are strictly prohibited on ZIAZI:

  • fraud and scams;
  • impersonation or use of fake accounts;
  • harassment, intimidation, doxxing, or blackmail;
  • discrimination on grounds protected by law;
  • attempts to use the platform for illegal activities;
  • systematic manipulation of reviews, identity, or history;
  • use of automation or scripts for abuse, unauthorized scraping, or bypassing product rules.

8. Reporting a problem

If you notice abuse, dangerous behavior, or problematic content, you can report it:

  • through the support or reporting surfaces available in the app, where they are exposed;
  • by email at support@ziazi.app.

This policy does not promise a universal Report button on every profile, message, request, or service.

9. What ZIAZI may do

To protect users and the platform, ZIAZI may:

  • warn a user;
  • hide content, offers, or requests;
  • restrict certain functions;
  • suspend access temporarily;
  • block an account;
  • keep relevant history for audit, support, and safety;
  • cooperate with competent authorities when the law requires it or the risk is serious.

The measures taken depend on the seriousness of the situation, the context, the history, and the level of risk.

10. If a user believes a measure is wrong

A user who believes that a measure applied to their account or content is wrong can write to us at support@ziazi.app.

ZIAZI may review the context again, but this page does not promise a public, standardized appeal process with fixed deadlines for every situation.

11. Updates

We may update these rules when the following change:

  • the product and its public surfaces;
  • moderation or support mechanisms;
  • applicable legal requirements;
  • operational risks identified in practice.

The version published on ZIAZI is the reference version at the moment of use.
